You must take care of yourself, no one else will do it for you. Most of us make sure that the car is scheduled for regular maintenance, our children & pets get their check ups. When was the last time you took care of yourself - just for time to relax? We suggest that you set aside 10-20 minutes each day for yourself to try any one of the following suggestions.
